“They were 15 minutes late meeting us for a pre-arranged 5am collection. Flight home was delayed and they wanted to charge an arbitrary £30 cash for a post midnight (5 minutes past) return. They left my car in the unlocked compound with the keys on the tire and I had to get a taxi there to collect.”
