“Will never use this company again !!!!! Had to pay extra for enrty and exit at Heathrow terminal 5 short stay car park costing an extra £15. On return home I have now got a ULEZ fine as my vehicle entered a zone after i dropped it off at the airport. Waiting to see if I get another one for my return.”

“Was skeptical at first after booking Edward Lloyd meet and greet service from Heathrow airport but I am very happy with the services provided. I followed the instructions issued by Edward Lloyd for arrival, my car was picked up within a minute of me arriving at the terminal, and the same applies to when I arrived back at Heathrow 14 days later.
My car was as I expected it to be on return, no damage, no change to the interior and clearly not been driven more than was necessary.
For the price, I can’t argue with anything as it was a hell of a lot cheaper than other options at the time and the service was friendly and easy.
