“Edward Lloyd were fantastic, amenable and professional at both drop off and pick up. Be aware that unlike other providers you need to pay the short stay car park fees at both pick up and drop off (c. £15 in total) but this is reflected in their lower pricing. Would use again and would recommend.”
“Service was good but the extra airport charge of £7.50 each time for using Terminal 2 Short Stay car park for the delivery and collection of our car was unexpected and should be made clearer when booking.”
“The service staff were good, but they called me while I was driving multiple times to ask my ETA despite that I indicated the time in the booking. I was also made to pay both parking tickets in and out, which should have been included in the costs and were not stipulated anywhere. Will not book with them again.”
“I had some difficulty deciding on a parking provider due to varying prices and reviews. Ultimately booked led with Edward Lloyd via APH . They were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Pleased to say all went without a hitch. They called me on route to check in on estimated time of arrival. Note that you will have to pay the airport car park fee in addition for the drop off and collection period which is approx £7 each time. I guess this is the same for all providers.”
“Our flight was notified as delayed and so were a little later arriving at LHR to drop the car than booked. They initially said they could no longer meet us as it was no longer in our arrival window, which added a lot of stress on th drive but when we got there someone was waiting.
On return the airline changed our flight and we arrived 2 hours later than planned. WE had to wait an hour from calling for the car to arrive, we were told we had to pay £30 cash due to a flight change fee to the driver, the car looked liked it had been driven through a muddy field and they didnt pay for the entry ticket so we needed to pay £7.50 at the exit barrier to get out.
I will not use them again. To be fair the drivers were very polite both ways, and if you expect to arrive and depart like a swiss train timetable they were cheapest of the options. Otherwise pay a bit more for one of the other options like we will (and once we added in the extra fees it wasnt any cheaper anyway)”
