“Be mindful the price you pay doesn’t include dropping your car off fee. We paid an extra £14 (£7x2) to drop off and pick up our car. It actually would have been cheaper using someone else. Took 35 minutes to drop our car to us, meant to be meet and greet. Wouldn’t use again.”

“On arrival, no member of staff was waiting to ‘greet’ me, despite informing them I was half an hour away and the telephone number provided was busy when called.
There was no assistance with my luggage, my car condition was not checked and I wasn’t asked to sign anything, as per the vehicle drop off procedure stated on the website. The driver was in a hurry to leave, actually saying “I need to go.”
It was not made clear that the Heathrow car parking charges were still applicable, £7.50 at drop off and again at collection.
My car was waiting on my return but again no assistance with my luggage or condition check of my car from the driver, he handed me the parking ticket and left.”
