“Very reliable service and well mannered and polite staff. Punctual and communicative. We were even met and car collected from Paseenger drop off just outside our terminal instead of the short stay cp. An excellent service. I used my Tesco vouchers to purchase parking so win win all round.”
“Despite telling them my arrival time I had to wait over 30 kind for the to arrive and collect my car on arrival.
When I had my luggage I called the main number bug there was No Reply. I used another number and gave all my details to tge Edward Lloyd employee. They stated they'd be 10 -15 mins at the collection point. After another call from someone else I had to wait 45 mins for my car. Seemingly dreadful communications between staff and the 'office' even if it exists”
