“The service was fabulous. First time our car has been at the meet point when we arrived. The drivers were polite and efficient. We were very happy with the service”
“I was contacted by a driver at the start which was really helpful but it was from a different number and all pre flight communication was done through this number which was confusing on my arrival as I was ringing that number which transpired to be the wrong number. The correct number was on my paperwork but assumed as pre flight communication was the correct one.
I was also not impressed as I pick this for price but saw no mention that I had to pay my own car park fees on arrival and departure which other companies don’t do. This added an extra £15 to my cost.
Lastly we had to reset the radio station and drive mode on our arrival which was slightly unexpected.”

“There was a 30 minute wait for our car on return as apparently there was a broken down lorry on the approach road. Maybe not our driver’s fault but irritating all the same after a long flight.”
