and when we returned our driver was there waiting for us. all good would defo use again”

“I was a bit surprised to be asked to drop and pickup my car in the drop-off area at Terminal 3. However, it did work out and I was sent a link to pay the drop off charge so that was easy to manage. The staff kept in touch promptly with phone calls but I did have a bit of a long wait (more than 20 minutes) for my car to be returned to me.”
