“Despite a call and text the night before, when we tried to call before arrival at the airport we couldn't get through. As a result it was a bit slow collecting the car from us but extremely prompt and organised when returning it to us.”

Upon our return, we followed the instructions provided in their emails and called ahead multiple times to arrange for our car to be ready. We were told over the phone that it would take just 10 minutes after picking up our luggage for the car to arrive. However, we ended up waiting a full hour before they finally delivered it. This unacceptable delay not only tested our patience but also caused us to miss an important appointment, which added significant stress to our day.
The lack of reliability and poor communication from Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet turned what should have been a convenient service into a complete letdown. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for parking options.”
