“I was a bit surprised to be asked to drop and pickup my car in the drop-off area at Terminal 3. However, it did work out and I was sent a link to pay the drop off charge so that was easy to manage. The staff kept in touch promptly with phone calls but I did have a bit of a long wait (more than 20 minutes) for my car to be returned to me.”
“the joiningn instructions were very simple, we were advised to drop the car at the drop off point at terminal 3 by the telephone contact this saved both time and money dropping the car off. It is important to remind cutomers that they have to pay the short stay car park fees for drop off and delivery as this was a surprise. It is slightly cheaper to drop your car and pick it up at the terminal drop off point but you must remember to pay via the terminal 3 drop off webb site”

“I was contacted by a driver at the start which was really helpful but it was from a different number and all pre flight communication was done through this number which was confusing on my arrival as I was ringing that number which transpired to be the wrong number. The correct number was on my paperwork but assumed as pre flight communication was the correct one.
I was also not impressed as I pick this for price but saw no mention that I had to pay my own car park fees on arrival and departure which other companies don’t do. This added an extra £15 to my cost.
Lastly we had to reset the radio station and drive mode on our arrival which was slightly unexpected.”
