“I have always booked parking through APH website, but this particular experience was so poor that I might have to use another provider in future.
The driver had been smoking in my car before he brought to me on pickup. The smell of smoke was so strong in my car (it was a health hazzard) that I called the Edward Lloyd contact to complain. The handler promised to call back after speaking to the driver, but they did not. I called back after an hour - when I got home to find a PCN for not paying airport charge and the handler again blamed the driver that collected my car that they should have told me.
it was the poorest service imaginable and I will not be using them again, neither will I recommend their service.”

“Be very careful of this company. Their prices come up cheaper than everyone else but they charge you to to park at Heathrow both on departure and arrival. This adds an extra £15 to your bill making them more expensive. Also, my arrival back at Heathrow was delayed one hour by a flight change. When I called to tell them this I was told that the flight change would trigger a £30 additional fee. This was despite it not even triggering another 24 hour period for parking. When I picked up the car the driver told me I needed to pay the £30 in cash. I didnt have cash and was then given some scribbled details on a piece of paper for a private bank account to pay into. I refused to do this and asked for a company account. The driver then said that as I was only 1 hour late I didnt have to pay! The whole thing seemed very dodgy to me and I would not use Edward Lloyd again.”
