They contacted me 45 min before arriving at Heathrow and we arranged to meet at the Drop off zone outside the terminal rather than going to muliti-storey - worked perfectly. And on our return, they rang me just at the right moment and arranged to meet at the same drop off point - we only had hand luggage which they were aware of and we all met at the same time.
