“Easy to contact. Gave options on pick up & drop off. Proactively called ahead of departure to make sure arrangements were all understood. Takes a bit of time to get car back after calls but quick exit.”
“It was the first time we used Edward Lloyd - it wasn't as professional as others we have used. They have no desk at Heathrow Airport Carpark like other companies, and you have to pay £7.50 for parking when dropping off and another £7.50 parking fee when departing with your car - unlike other companies. This requirement to pay for parking when arriving and departing is in the T&Cs, but is buried deep and is not obvious when booking - it should be made clearer and more obvious. I would use Edward Lloyd again, because on balance, it all went OK.”
“Might as well have parked off site and travelled in on a bus rather than standing waiting for someone to eventually collect the car and the same on return, followed the procedure of calling but still left in the cold awaiting for the car to be returned.
P.S £12 quid in extra fees for drop-off hidden in the small print”
“Due to the chaos at LHR (Fire/Power Outage) we cancelled our trip on 22 March. We notified Edward Lloyd via APH, but . . they refused any refund (100% loss); they called us several times on the morning to ask what time we were arriving; and are now asking for a rating and revue. My rating is ZERO and my one word review is VERY POOR.
