“Not what I expected, "meet & greet" perhaps is the wrong title for the service as I was not met or greeted. No tracking of flights and unprepared for the usual mishaps.”

“Excellent service. Very helpful as we got “lost” trying to find where they are based and ended up going through the drop off point at Heathrow so we rung them and they talked us through where to go. On the return from our break the chap who met us was amazing.”
“Very casual approach. No inspection of the vehicle carried out.
No ID or paperwork. I was concerned about who I had handed the car over to and whether it would be there on my return. I tried to contact their office on the number given but it was never answered.
The car was however there on my return having done a round trip of 36 miles and since then I have been unable to remove a 'musty' smell in the car. I wonder where it had been kept.
I would use meet and greet again but maybe not this company.”
