“There was an accident that held me up on the A3 beyond the time I had told Edward Lloyd but they kept in touch and were there to meet me in the agreed place. If it had not been for meet and greet with them I would have missed my flight because Virgin Bag Drop and Heathrow Security were in chaos. They were also ready when I returned and called me while I was making my way to baggage reclaim. Excellent service for the second time I have used them and I recommend them to anyone using Heathrow.”
“Got there early, but no one there. Rang 30 minutes before as instructed, but went to message machine and no call back. When the guy (there was only one) arrived at the previously agreed arrival time he made me pay £14.50 short stay car park fee. I came back a day early, so they charged me £30 on top, which had to be in cash. I had to badger them for a receipt. I clocked the mileage at 19 miles and they re-tuned my radio. I will not be using them again.”
