“Our drop off at the airport was a very pleasant experience. Indy was great - he was already waiting for us, and explained everything required without fuss.
Our pick up from the airport on returning was the complete opposite. The person on the phone was rude, and even hung up on me. The person who dropped the car off was just as rude, and wouldn't wait for me to inspect the car before running off.
To top it all off, my car was driven at 81mph on the day of drop off (my app tracks all my car's movements), which means someone took my car for a high speed joy-ride rather than just going to park it safely.
Disappointed with the overall service - will not be using again and will not be recommending.”

“Awful. We couldn’t make the trip because of Covid and when I asked if I could move the date of the booking rather than cancel it, I got a terse email saying it was too late to cancel. I went back to say that this wasn’t what I had asked and could they respond. I heard nothing back. They don’t care about customers. They proved that they just care about getting their money.”
