“Gave superb advise to use T5 for car drop off instead of T3 as tunnel collapsed and traffic was horrendous. We got the train which linked between terminals, so good I will think of doing that again. On collection of the car the car and guy were there for us when we arrived . Excellent service and would use and recommend again.”
“Drop off was slightly painful in that the barrier didn't recognise my booking and sent me the wrong way. Then flight delays on the way back meant I arrived after midnight and had to go and fetch my car myself from a hotel some distance away. Not entirely Edward Lloyd's fault but the process for getting the car back was painful at that time on a rainy night”
