“Fantastic service. I went the wrong direction and the gentleman came and found me in drop off, communication was brilliant and the car was dropped back to me at the perfect time and he had even put some petrol in for me while I was away because I was really low when I arrived! Massive thanks”
“The drivers were good but the staff on the phone were rude before drop off and at collection. There was also a 40 minute wait for the car on arrival back to the UK. Not acceptable especially when being charged £30 to change terminal”
