It seemed like it was just a chore or a job and I was next in line. couldn't fault the service, the car was well looked after and taken away and bought back quite promptly but something wasn't there to make me feel like a valued customer.”

The driver got out and had an altercation with the Edward Lloyd employee that was meeting us. It was quite scary and very, very unprofessional. When we returned and collected our car, it was absolutely filthy. Wouldn't recommend”
“Dropping the car off at Heathrow was hassle free. On return, there was a delay of maybe 15 minutes in returning the car to me because all the staff were very busy. Rather cheekily, in my opinion, I was asked to give a staff driver a lift back to the compound after he delivered the car to the airport. However, he was friendly enough, and I didn’t really mind. I think I paid a fair rate for the service provided. I am a Blue Light card holder, and was given a discount of, as far as I remember, 20%”
