“Despite ringing them 30 minutes beforehand that we would arrive early it took more calls to get a response which arrived about the start time originally booked. Collection was much quicker.They do not have a desk already on Level 4 so will not use them again.”

“Made a mistake on reservation dates and didn’t realise till we were about 1hr away from airport, even though 5am in the morning phoned the mobile number and got a very responsive and helpful driver who was still able to collect our car 1 day early. On return car was waiting for us the minute we exited customs and there were no issues with the cars condition. Overall very easy, reliable and polite service. Fully satisfied and I would book again.”

“Drop off was fine - though I ended up paying £15 for parking as turned into the wrong carpark, then upon exit had to pay £7.50, even though my 'stay' was only about 30 seconds... in any case the drop off was fine otherwise, although the pickup was delayed by c. 50 minutes, which after a long flight was not good, apparently it was due to a lack of staff. I was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes, then 20 minutes later I called and was told it's probably going to be another 20 minutes... not impressed...”
