Pick up a disaster. Followed instructions to call when plane landed and then several times from the baggage hall. Plane landed at @13.30 car eventually arrived @16.30, having been told we had not contacted them which our phone log shows we did 7 times. They even referred to us as the Mackenzies - what a mix up? Some excuse about a shift change....will not use again.”
“As a meet and greet service, this means my car should be at the destination to pick up.
Despite calling when the plane landed and then in baggage, I got to the pick up point to wait 20 minutes for the car. No apologies by the driver, nothing, gave me the keys and then just left.
I doubt this review will make it onto your website and anything will come of this.”
