“Easy booking process, regular contact en route to airport, simple handover. Again, on return, contact after flight landed. My only recommendation would be that the hand back of the vehicle is on a par with the handover. We were just given our keys… and off we went. No issues with anything but I would like to have given the car a quick look over with staff present. Would definitely use again though!”
“Why does no one ever answer the number we are asked to ring prior to drop off and pick up? Why do you ask customers to do it if no one is manning the phone? It's worrying when you're about to arrive at the car park. Otherwise the service seemed fine.”
