“Came back to Heathrow 15 days early due to our son being diagnosed with a brain tumour. Edward Lloyd charged £40 cash for early release. Ignores E-Mails asking if they would consider a partial refund or a voucher. Company showed zero compassion.”
“Service was good - got charged £6 for dropping the car 10 mins early which wasn't good - then when we collected it had to pay £6 as he had forgotten his payment card - I was assured I'd get it back but a week later still nothing and I text five days ago to remind them - feel ripped off”

“I have used many meet & greet companies over the years and they are often very much all the same. But Edward Lloyd are actually one of the better ones. They are easy to get hold of on the phone, and you can hear them easily (often the operators for these companies are in such noisy environments you can barely hear them). And they are extremely prompt in pick up and car drop off. I would definitely recommend.”

We were even able to depart and arrive at different terminals which is a huge benefit. Great value car parking service. (Be prepared for up to a 15 mins wait to collect car as parked 9 miles away so you can even buy a coffee)”
“Arrived with the car, was told the meet and great driver was present. Asked a guy from the company if he was picking up my car “no” he said. 15 mins later the same guy is calling me from my car…
On the return the driver said he didn’t get a ticket and I had to tell them at the exit… I wouldn’t pay. Of course this wasn’t true and it cost me another £6 to leave. The driver said his manager would call me… guess what, he didn’t … AVOID”
