“They were very polite and helpful. On my return, there were baggage issues in Terminal 5 and they were constantly in touch with me. When my bags did arrive they were very fast getting to me at the pickup point.”
“This is the second time using Edward Lloyd and was again disappointed with the service. The first time they were late in collecting the car on our departure and most recently we were going to arrive 15 mins early as driving 80 miles from home its hard to estimate the exact time of arrival. When we called 30 minutes beforehand they said you need to drive slow to arrive at the exact time.”
