“I had the journey from hell to Heathrow bcos of protesters on the M25 which meant that sections were shut. My Meet & Greet driver stayed in touch with me so I could update him with my arrival time. The arrival and return process was very simple, exactly as described on the instructions I received after booking, and reinforced by the driver on arrival.
What so don’t appreciate however is having to dispose of someone’s McDonald’s waste that was left in my car when I collected it.
That aside I would consider using Edward Lloyd again.”
“Recent trip to Jersey .
We were phoned whilst travelling to Heathrow to see how we were doing , great to get a call to confirm we were expected .
On arrival at Airport all the directions/ instructions were crystal clear , member of staff was awaiting for us , handover efficient & polite .
On return car was again awaiting our return . Excellent
All the hassle taken away could not fault the service , great experience. Will be using their services again in February 2023”
“We had to wait 25 mins for our car to be returned and found it annoying that the passenger seat was left in the lying position and radio stations changed - not massive things at all but all things that could easily have been avoided with a small amount of care.”
