“Dropping car off was great & very easy. Right by departures. Collecting it was another matter. The staff member had poor mobile signal & a strong accent, making it difficult to understand him. The collection point is the same as drop off, so not close to arrivals. Plus, when I reached it I had to search for a staff member to get my car key. I found it very stressful.”
“Worked very well. Contacted as we drove into Heathrow, good instructions into the terminal, friendly chap arrived within a few minutes to take the car offsite. On return followed the instructions to call on landing and baggage pickup. Car arrived within a few minutes in the Meet and Greet area of the carpark.
Really can't be faulted and at a reasonable price. Will use again.”
