“I have used other meet and greet companies and had better service but chose this because it was available with a discount via Tesco Rewards. It all worked but appeared to be a bit understaffed. The guys I met were good; sociable, helpful etc, so no problem there.
I called ahead as per the requirement and was told there would be an additional charge for parking as I was too early. I said that I would find somewhere to wait and was then told to come and they would find a driver to avoid the charge. To me, this should have been the first option, not the additional charge. On our return, we waited a long time for the car, maybe 45 mins, even though I called when we landed. There were no representatives in the car park, unlike other companies that had a desk and staff.
So it all worked and because of the vouchers, I saved £90.”
“Helpful and supportive. Called them directly when our flights were moved and they were easy and happy to help out.
Massive carnage in the terminal on a Sunday morning but they gave a good idea of time for collection so we grabbed a coffee and then headed up. All helpful and tidy and no issues to report!”

“They made us pay £10 extra because we got there an hour early , our flight was cancelled on return and we landed 9 hours later than expected and was told we had to pay £50 extra , i said in terms and conditions it said £30 he then said I didn’t pay the driver when we dropped the car off but we did. Then he said well you can claim it off your insurance, disgusting, will never use them again all they want is extra money, con merchants”
“Odd echo each time I called from my mobile to the company's one. It has only happened with their phone in all the time I've been using mine.
Mystifying, but rather annoying nonetheless, and for me made hearing during my calls difficult.”
