“I found the team very professional. I was met at the airport on time, following my call to rearrange the collection time while I was en route. The person who collected the car talked me through what was happening, took videos of my car before collection, paid the entry ticket, and ensured that I had gotten all my suitcases and bags out of the car, before driving off. On my return, I called the team after collecting my suitcases from baggage reclaim and my car arrived about 15 minutes after that. The ticket was paid for and handed over. A check of the mileage showed that 20 miles had been driven, so no long extra mileage was added to my total.”

“Arrival went smoothly. Return was very confusing. After ringing to say we were back I received several phone calls. At first asking if I was back (yes we rang you!), then saying they couldn't find my car. On arrival at the car park it was there, phew! But even after we were driving home some more confused calls arrived. I suspect that Edward Lloyd sub contract their service to different providers and that one person isn't speaking to another! Either way it didn't fill me with confidence despite our car actually being returned as expected.”
