“Initially I was very impressed with Edward Lloyd, my arrival to the car park was handled very well after I advised them of delays on the motorway. However my return was initially handled well until I noticed excess mileage on my car. I emailed Edward Lloyd to see where my car may have gone and was given 3 car parks that are used. These are SL0 9HF in iver, UB7 7EG in West Drayton and SL3 9HX Datchet. None of these add up to the added mileage on my car and despite my email for clarification so far I've had no reply. We used terminal 3.”
