“Have used a Edward Lloyd a few times now and they have been great each time. Good system of phoning half an hour before you arrive and then on return you phone them when you have landed and again when you have collected luggage. Really nice and helpful on the phone and drivers also very pleasant and courteous.
Would thoroughly recommend them”
“The service was very prompt … but the appearance of the staff wasn’t very great. I was a little bit worried to ve met the guy dressed up on tracksuit. Makes me panic a little bit. No formal identification and uniform to actually confirm who he was.”
“Very poor. Instructions were to call them when we were 30 mins from arriving to drop off our car, the called an hour before to chase us up. The also had the wrong car details on there system (we had the confirmation email showing we had entered them correctly).
While still on holiday the. Called us 3 days early asking why we hadn't called to confirm we were back in the UK. They had not bothered to check the had the right details after the first error. When asked as to why they were still getting things wrong the stopped responding.
Next, when we did get back to the UK we followed there instructions and confirmef when we had landed only to find out the haf the wrong car ready for us (not even the same one the thought we were dropping off when they first messed up).
Finally having got the right car and confirming that we would call again once we had retrieved our luggage, the called 3 times to ask where we were while we were still waiting on our luggage.
In general, extremely poor. I will actively advise people to not use this firm.”
