“The service was all I could hope for - seamless though we have a delayed flight on our return. One often wonders where your car is taken - it did about 34 miles in total to/from their parking lot (so 17 miles each way) and was undamaged on return: I have no complaints.”

Before I arrived at Heathrow, I got two phone calls within 5 minutes, both to ask me if I was on time and whether I’d like to come half an hour earlier. I agreed and was there spot on 2pm as arranged. But it was not clear from the booking site that you do not operate a desk at the meet+greet site. So I asked at the desks that are there and they said I needed to call you. It should be explained on the phone that you have to arrive and wait by your car for the staff member to find you. Travelling is stressful enough without worrying that your car parking arrangement has fallen through!”
