“Great service, we we’re running late on arrival but the guys really accommodated us by meeting us at the premier inn T4 as we were staying the night prior to our early morning flight with our 3 kids. Definitely worth the few extra quid as they take your vehicle store it locally (Datchet) then bring back to the level 2 car park ready on arrival. Would most definitely book again. Communication was great throughout when you call they actually know your name ! Great for those with young children or elderly traveler's. Car was handed back in same condition. Would book again on next trip. Top tip If you have Tesco Clubcard vouchers you may be able to redeem these against the cost with you paying a small difference.”
“Great communication before we arrived, they called us to confirm all the details on the day which saved us calling whilst in transit. On return called as soon as able to say we had landed, delayed getting off the plane and getting backs so called again as soon as we had them and no issue, arrived at the meeting point and the car was with us within 5 minutes. Great service all around and would definitely use again”

“We travelled to T5 during recent BA's strike days. Our flight got cancelled/rebooked and changed drop-off and pick-up times accordingly. No problem with that. We were quoted an additional £10 for the drop-off, to be paid in cash directly to the driver at the car park. When we arrived I was asked for £20 instead, without explanation. I paid as we needed to get on the plane which had already been cancelled once a day. Unfortunately, 2nd flight got cancelled and we had to collect the car to travel 80 miles back home only to be back to T5 in 48hrs on rebooked BA flight. No problem with that. Was told by Edward Lloyd M&G, over the phone, to pay £20 to the driver on a drop-off, as before. On drop off, we were asked for £40 instead. There was no explanation as to why. We paid. The driver was unable to produce a receipt but promised to email to the address provided on the spot. Just to mention, my car was not checked over, the mileage was nearly 20 miles. To add to it there we found chips under the driver's seat. I have been chasing my receipt for the additional charges only to receive a screenshot of something which does not resemble an invoice nor has it been signed. I am genuinely appalled by the poor service this company provides. I have used APH parking over the years and never experience such appalling service. This company does not communicate professionally nor take responsibility for customer property. Would I use this company again?”
