“I have used Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet Parking Service at Heathrow Airport Twice (Once in September 2022 and Once in January 2023 Terminal 2 and 3) We called as instructed 30 mins prior to arrival, waited a few minutes at the instructed level and parking row (at the terminal's short stay parking) our car was photographed and collected. Upon our return it was the same process call after customs, call again once you've collected your bags. Vehicle arrived in the same condition both times, prompt, friendly and very convenient being minutes from the check in desk.”
“I found the service to be great until I realised that £15 had been taken from the console in the car whilst the car was in their possession. I have emailed the manager to make him aware however I have not had a response which is very disappointing.”

Was greeted by a man who had broken English with no uniform.
On return a wheel had just been damaged with fresh concrete dust on it.
The driver checked the pre drop off photo and like a new car it was as new when I had left it.
He said to send email to the boss and handed the car back.
Got a reply to my complaint saying Wheels and tyres are not covered in T/C.
So unless you don’t mind your car being damaged I would not use.”
