“It is a very good service and perhaps I’m being picky but 15 minute slots would be much better than half an hour. Especially when you’re coming back and just want to get home”
“Awful service. Was 30 minutes late to collect my car. No introductions/appologies or ID and expected me to hand over my keys. On return, I called as suggested and the person answering the phone was rude and un helpful. Gave a complete different location than it states on website and ended up having to call him 6 times over to try and understand where we were to meet him. Once arrived, had to wait a further 20 minutes for him to arrive. No appology and rude with directions. Would never book again”
