31st Dec on landing at 0936,Heathrow I received a text from GEO Parking +447944535904 but the text said it was Edward Lloyd Parking, "please confirm What flight you have had landed on"

by now we were through passport control and got our bag

I was now in the car park with a disabled child I tried to phone your office but got no reply got cut off twice
i was phone by someone did here any name given was told i should have rung first but as i informed them i was contacted first and was not informed i should still phone the office, as i was under the impression the car would be there waiting for us.
after several heated phone calls, I was texted again by 07305358739 at 10:36 to say the car will be with me in 5 minutes.
we were waiting for, over 20 minutes in the cold with a disabled child and an elderly member of the family. you had all my details for flight times and numbers so you could check the flight arrival so there should be no excuse for the car not to be there for us on arrival.
all the over car park attendants were also branded. i feel your service was let down by Edward Lloyd meet and great.”
