Pick up and drop off at same point and short walk through into terminal”
“We have used Edward Lloyd many times at Heathrow and Gatwick and they never miss a beat. We always get a call prior to our arrival just to see we are on track. They are always pleasant, professional and flexible on timings, the latter is important with our 2+ hours travel time.”

“Awful service. Was 30 minutes late to collect my car. No introductions/appologies or ID and expected me to hand over my keys. On return, I called as suggested and the person answering the phone was rude and un helpful. Gave a complete different location than it states on website and ended up having to call him 6 times over to try and understand where we were to meet him. Once arrived, had to wait a further 20 minutes for him to arrive. No appology and rude with directions. Would never book again”
