“Everything worked well. We were contacted on the way to the airport to make sure all was well and to confirm arrival time. Instructions were clear. There was a little wait at the car park for the driver to appear but we did arrive five minutes earlier than we said. Return trip was very efficient with car waiting for us when we got the the car park. Would recommend.”

“My flight was cancelled the day before travel and I informed EL straight away and again once the new flight was arranged. On the way to the airport I received a call to inform me that I would have to pay an additional £20 to the driver… still not sure why but didn’t feel I could dispute this at such short notice. He said I would be sent a receipt but I still haven’t received it.
On return the driver took the car to the wrong terminal despite my confirming the return details with the driver I had paid the additional fee to so had to wait approx 40 minutes despite informing them we were there on landing and again once through security (as instructed) for the car so hardly meet and greet!”
