Pick up of the car: The driver was unfriendly, he just handed my keys over to me, he was not welcoming and he did not ask if he could help with my bags he could see I was struggling. Not sure i will use your company again.”
“Shockingly bad company. My car had very obviously been used as a run about by company employees as evidenced by the multiple phone users showing up on the dashboard screen. My phone charger cable was swapped for a damaged faulty cable leaving me unable to charge my phone and use the waze app to make my way home as I am unfamiliar with the Heathrow area. Tried calling several times with no response or unfulfilled promises of a call from a manager. I will be taking this forward with Tesco club card and APH as it was through their websites that I booked. I cannot believe respectable businesses like Tesco and APH would be allowing their customers to be victims of Edward Lloyd, I expected much better.”
