I had a terrible journey to Heathrow and would definitely have missed my plane had it not been for regular telephone contact with Edward Lloyd staff and fantastic flexibility to ensure that I was met at the drop-off location and able to make a quick transition from my car to departures. Even more impressive was the regular contact from staff during my vacation to ensure that the car was driveable and ready for my homeward journey upon my return.
