“Overall really good service, we were running late because of traffic and roadworks and were told we would have to pay a £10 late charge. After a brief discussion, it was agreed they would waive the late fee. Would use them again but would let them know in advance if running late.”
“Dropping the car off was a bit problematic as we were 25 mins early, fined £6 and left waiting for a very long time. I was beginning to think all the bad reviews were correct. However, collecting the car was so quick and easy and the guy who brought the car was helpful and friendly. I would use it again.”
“On arrival at Heathrow the driver arrives about five minutes after us, he was polite and helpful and took the car away after giving me a receipt. The process for picking up the car went well and all went well. Will use them again as they provide a good service with value for money.”

We were met at Heathrow our car was collected promptly and returned to us very soon after we called on our return, in good condition and without any excessive miles on the clock. The only observation we would make is that Edward Lloyd doesn't appear to have a customer desk, nor are their team very clearly identified. However, their team were approachable and helpful. We would certainly use them again.”
“Car had an extra 31 miles on the clock. Was driven to datchet and back after I dropped it off. (My car has a tracking app) No explanation from Edward Lloyd as to why after sending them a request to explain. A can of monster left in the car and radio channels altered. Will not use again.”
