“A bit of a mixed-bag experience to be honest. The drop-off was flawless. We had barely exited the car when the extremely friendly representative arrived to check and photograph the car. We discussed our return flight and he told us to call on landing and again once we had our baggage back.
On return, we did as requested, however, during the second call we were told that the car park was extremely busy and asked if we could meet at a different location. We exited the Terminal 3 building in torrential rain but struggled to find the location described by the driver. My wife called again and eventually, we understood the location he had requested - a bus shelter close the the valet car parking space. There was zero cover from the rain in crossing to the location and we were very wet by the time we arrived.
Given the wet weather we had absolutely no opportunity to inspect the car before taking it back - even loading the suitcases left us soaked. This was certainly not the meet-and-greet experience we were expecting and had paid for.”
