“We arrived back from Canada on Tuesday, made call to Edward Lloyd that we had arrived and were told to call again when through security. We were then called back by a driver and made our way to the car pick-up point as instructed, our car was not there but the driver said he would take us to where the car was stored. Not very good as we had paid for a meet and greet and this added extra time to our journey home, although the driver was pleasant no apology or reason was given for this. I have used Edward lloyd in the past but this time they let me down, I doubt if i will use them again.”
