Very efficient and reliable service on both inward and outward journeys, even with our airline having changed the outward flight last minute, and 3 hour late return. Edward Lloyd Meet & Great where very helpful in both instances

We travelled to T5 during recent BA's strike days. Our flight got cancelled/rebooked and changed drop-off and pick-up times accordingly. No problem with that. We were quoted an additional £10 for the drop-off, to be paid in cash directly to the driver at the car park. When we arrived I was asked for £20 instead, without explanation. I paid as we needed to get on the plane which had already been cancelled once a day. Unfortunately, 2nd flight got cancelled and we had to collect the car to travel 80 miles back home only to be back to T5 in 48hrs on rebooked BA flight. No problem with that. Was told by Edward Lloyd M&G, over the phone, to pay £20 to the driver on a drop-off, as before. On drop off, we were asked for £40 instead. There was no explanation as to why. We paid. The driver was unable to produce a receipt but promised to email to the address provided on the spot. Just to mention, my car was not checked over, the mileage was nearly 20 miles. To add to it there we found chips under the driver's seat. I have been chasing my receipt for the additional charges only to receive a screenshot of something which does not resemble an invoice nor has it been signed. I am genuinely appalled by the poor service this company provides. I have used APH parking over the years and never experience such appalling service. This company does not communicate professionally nor take responsibility for customer property. Would I use this company again?

Horror story? Absolutely not a dream from start to finish. Car picked up and taken to a storage place. I know I had tracker and alerts on. Car never moved from and wasn’t touched. Would I recommend absolutely I would without question.

On the return they were great and were there to meet us. Going out was disappointing as I had messaged 48 hrs before to ask if we could arrive 30 mins earlier. Was told no problem just ring when you are half an hour away. When we arrived I was told we were half an hour early and would have to wait as they were too busy. Annoying waste of time and didn’t have much time before our flight.

We found them very helpful and made everything easy. When we booked our flight was from terminal 3 which is where we booked the meet & greet. Checking in 24 hours before the flight had changed to terminal 5 . Phoned Edward Lloyd who said it was not a problem just go to terminal 5
