“Despite a slight communication issue when it came to dropping the car off, we were met on arrival at the airport as promised. On returning we called and was told 20 minutes until our car was returned and they arrived then, again, as advised. Car was in the same condition as when dropped off. Despite reservations from previous reviews, we honestly could not fault the service.”
“I was really impressed with the drop off and the communications etc before.
But it was the opposite when we arrived back to collect our car. We followed the directions provided in the email calling on landing and in baggage hall but we still ended up waiting about 15 minutes and then the car was not delivered to the meeting point but to a different location so we had to cart all our luggage there instead which was annoying. It’s a shame about the arrival experience as everything was so smooth with drop off.”
