“Paid £72 but didn’t know I had to buy another £6 ticket. My flight was a day late and they added a whopping £40. This has to be cash so I had to find an ATM ( which added a £2.50 fee ). Why no card? £42.50 extra for being 13 hrs later than anticipated is greedy. On the upside the car was prompt - had covered 18 miles in totaL with APH. l I fly a lot - but won’t use again.”
