“I called as instructed when I landed at Heathrow T5. Someone answered the phone and said they would call back. No one called back 20 calls and an hour later someone finally responded to a text to say the driver was on their way. 30 mins later a driver arrived with my car. The wait would have been ok if they had let me know there would be a delay. Appalling service.”
“This service was almost perfect. First time user. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Courteous staff recieved on arrival. Pick up was also straightforward. I am only goving four stars for two teasons, one car came back a tad dirtier than left(i presume it was parked outdoors and there was a bit of rain) and inexplicably, my right rear tyre was completely deflated. I wondered if it was oarked somewhere and someone decided to deflate it. It wasnt a leak as i have since reinflated and it has remained intact for >48hrs. It would have been a stellar experience but for these two niggles.”
