“My flight was cancelled the day before travel and I informed EL straight away and again once the new flight was arranged. On the way to the airport I received a call to inform me that I would have to pay an additional £20 to the driver… still not sure why but didn’t feel I could dispute this at such short notice. He said I would be sent a receipt but I still haven’t received it.
On return the driver took the car to the wrong terminal despite my confirming the return details with the driver I had paid the additional fee to so had to wait approx 40 minutes despite informing them we were there on landing and again once through security (as instructed) for the car so hardly meet and greet!”

“Staff very polite, the odometre only had an additional 20 miles clocked once car dropped off.
We waited 35 minutes to hand over our keys on arrival to T 5 car park and 10 mins on our return.
The pickup and hand over could have been quicker, we arrived at the airport in goid time so no panic.
Generally however for the price i would use again and recommend.”
“Not Happy,after waiting for the car to be returned where instructed we left the short stay car park in terminal 3 heathrow only to be charged £6 driver had obviously hung around before dropping the car off , then next day realised my dashcam had been unplugged!!! no way can the plug fall out !! no idea where my car had been and as its part of my insurance if i had a problem it could compromise that,never going to use again ,emailed but no reply,as family are travel agents will be advising my customers to avoid ,unfortunately gives APH a bad name but could never fault them”
“Used this company for many years and generally good service except drop off this last time. Have a four hour drive to LHR and rang 30 mins prior to arrival as usual but we were arriving 30 mins before our booked time - normally this is no problem but told rather abruptly that no drivers were available until our booked time as we would have to wait - in fact waiting another 30 mins beyond the booked time and had to make several calls asking where pick up driver was each time to be told he 'was on his way' - frustrating.”
