“Drop off instructions were perfect (aside from me mucking up and driving us through the drop-off section outside Terminal 5) and within a few minutes of parking up an agent greeted us and we sorted out the handover.
Upon return our flight was slightly late, but again we followed the instructions and called when getting off the plane and again I've we'd picked up our luggage. The car was waiting for us upon returning to the car park, which was ideal.
At all times the staff were polite and efficient in dealing with us. No complaints here.”
“We were shocked when we returned to the car and were handed a ticket to pay for the parking because it was 1st of January and things changed! There was nowhere said we would have to pay anything extra! We paid for meet and geeet! This is 1st time we used this company and last for sure. were asked at teh return to pay for the ticket to leave the gates! We saw so many drivers bringing cars and paying their won ticket. Not a single person was asked to pay anything extra! Shocking!
