“On arrival at Heathrow T3 short stay car park I was told I had to pay a parking fee at the machine. This charge is not mentioned in any of the documentation emailed to me in regards to my booking.
After a brief debate with the company representative, who told me that this payment was a new thing...
I informed him that is was not in booking documentation and I was not paying it.
He backed down and that was that. I suggest you do not pay this fee.... Unless they have changed wording in the booking.

“Very good, polite and efficient. I was quite surprised however when I had to pay £7.50 to exit the car park after my car was returned. I've never been expected to pay the car park fee when I've used Edward Lloyd or other Meet and Greet services at Heathrow.”

“They were there to collect our car when we arrived and when we returned from holiday phoned us as we picked up luggage and waiting on allocated level of car park so we did not have to wait. Very happy with service and instructions and will definitely use again”
