“Great service. one thing to remember is that you have to pay for parking entry separately about £7 for drop-off and pick-up , so a total of about £14 not included to the charge”
“I arrived early due to planning as part of M25 closed. Only one staff member was working so unable to collect my car early and then arrived 10 mins later than scheduled pick up time. Arrival time at airports can always vary and it is totally unsatisfactory that this cannot be accommodated.”
“Service was on time and no problems with it but you need to add on the car park ticket charge when comparing costs as this is not included and was £15 in total. Most other meet & greet providers give you a free ticket to exit the car park (although this could be just a LHR T5 issue).”
