“We had such great service! I called 30mins prior to arrival (no. printed on the confirmation) & we were told what level and row to meet. We were met on arrival & the exact same service for our return. All staff were friendly & helpful (we had 2 small kiddies, so they helped with bags & we didn’t ever feel rushed).
