“Having a direct telephone number to call for arrangements was so useful. Smooth service, polite and organised. I'll definitely use them again. (Also, the drop off location for Heathrow T5 was so convenient and litertally across from the entrance.”
“OK service, but waited too long for car to be returned afterwards. Told the operative that we didn't have luggage to be collected when we landed, but they only sent the car once we were through customs, which negated the benefit of not having luggage.
Planned to get to office asap after arrival, but that didn't work out.”
