“AVOID at all costs! On arrival I waited 40 minutes for the driver to arrive and meet me, despite calling 30 minutes prior. On return I waited 50 minutes for the car to be returned despite advising them my plane was landing. In both instances it would have been quicker (and cheaper) to use long stay parking. This is not a meet and greet service at all - and it's false advertising that they claim it to be. They also don't tell you you'll have to pay an additional £16 in parking fees not included in the pricing. An utterly horrific experience from start to end, please book someone else.”
“We arrived much earlier than booked but Still greeted welcoming no problem at all very flexible and adaptable company and very understanding, at pick up we were met outside the terminal for ease and quickness -all in all a good experience.”
“Brilliant service. You need to call just before you arrive and they answer the phones very promptly. Also great advice when the slip road at Heathrow was shut. Car was fine.”
