“Long waiting time for a driver for pick-up car, even more waiting time for drop-off car... The staff weren't very nice—bordering on rude, actually... they hadn't updated their system and tried to claim it was my fault...”
“No problem with the meet and greet, although on return we found a penalty parking ticket for the overnight stay at the hotel, despite confirming with the hotel that parking was included in the APH package. Thankfully the hotel sorted it out very quickly.”
“Please be aware that you must pay at least £8 at the pay and display when dropping off and collecting your car (or £12.50 if you have to wait longer for your car key to arrive).”

We appreciate your feedback. We would like to reassure you that the airport's drop-off charge is clearly stated at the time of booking, as well as within your booking confirmation email. As this is an airport-imposed fee, it is not included in the parking price and must be paid separately when dropping off and collecting your vehicle.

“Good communication with the team who called me an hour before I was due to arrive then kept in contact when I said I was stuck in traffic. Good instructions on where to go when you arrive, only trouble I had was finding a parking space in the area specified, however I parked slightly out of the area and this was fine.
The team are walking the car park with a APH tabard on so are easy to find and both the drop off and pick up was quick, efficient and convenient.
I was pleased I had booked this service and would consider it again for any future requirements. Just be aware you have to pay the parking charge for arrival and drop off at £8 each time.”
