“Great service. Easy to drop off the car and they monitored our return flight, calling us shortly after we'd landed (despite the flight arriving 20 mins early). A member of staff was waiting by our car when we reached Level 4 of Terminal 2 car park. Gave us our exit ticket and we were on our way! Very smooth and slick service. 3rd time we have used this company and will continue to use them :-D”
“I am always a bit nervous about meet and greet - are we in the right place, how long will we wait, will the phone be answered, etc. It all went very smoothly - and it is easy to compare with other firms as the pick up points are the same. Others had to wait longer and in some cases when it was the return trip the customer has to pay the short term parking fee. Edward Lloyd did not do that and picked up this cost themselves - well done!”
“Used for the second time this year and on both occasions had 10-20 minute waits on departure and arrival despite phone contact advising when we'd be arriving. Have used other companies before and not had this issue or maybe I was just unlucky but it would seem there just weren't enough drivers.”
