“My experience with Edward Lloyd was good, and I would recommend them. However, a minor downside was that on pick up I noticed they had changed the reclining of the seat. It is not a big deal as such, but it would have been great if they’d put it back.”

“The departure process was great and they called and picked up the car promptly but on the way back we were told to walk all the way to Hilton across terminal 2 the car was parked on the curb and they handed over the key and went away saying they saved us £7. After a long flight and with kids and 4big suitcases it was difficult to walk across the car park to Hilton and then to find the car on a narrow road on a curb and other cars passing by. Not expected at all. That’s why three star.”
“Both my car and keys have trackers on them. I can confirm my car was driven directly to the secure parking and the keys were then taken to a completely different location, where they both stayed until I returned. On return the car was ready and waiting for me in the short term parking. Perfect service!”
