Excellent service. When I rang 30 mins before arrival at the airport someone answered immediately and someone was waiting for us. When we arrived back it was the same. No problems and no delays. I checked the mileage and it was 20 miles which is what I expected. Very easy and efficient.

A bit of a mixed-bag experience to be honest. The drop-off was flawless. We had barely exited the car when the extremely friendly representative arrived to check and photograph the car. We discussed our return flight and he told us to call on landing and again once we had our baggage back. On return, we did as requested, however, during the second call we were told that the car park was extremely busy and asked if we could meet at a different location. We exited the Terminal 3 building in torrential rain but struggled to find the location described by the driver. My wife called again and eventually, we understood the location he had requested - a bus shelter close the the valet car parking space. There was zero cover from the rain in crossing to the location and we were very wet by the time we arrived. Given the wet weather we had absolutely no opportunity to inspect the car before taking it back - even loading the suitcases left us soaked. This was certainly not the meet-and-greet experience we were expecting and had paid for.

Very pleasant man met us and the car on Level 4 row B in Terminal 2 Heathrow. On our return on a wet and windy Wednesday evening we had a short wait for the car to reach the Terminal but the same gentleman rang me to explain and was again helpful. I would use Edwin Lloyd again.

Reasonably priced, excellent text and email contact and instructions, easy to find, easy to hand over and collect car, answered phone calls straight away and knew who was calling, car returned in perfect condition, can’t ask for more!

Shocking service. Waited 20 minutes for meet and greet outbound and had to pay an additional fee despite calling 30 minutes before arrival at Heathrow. On return, called on landing and again once baggage collected and still waited 30 minutes as our car was in Datchet. There was absolutely no point paying for meet & greet as this was non existent. We made our dissatisfaction clear to a member of the team who assured us he would speak to customer service. We have yet to hear anything.
