“The hotel and dining experience was lovely… but I’m afraid I didn’t not get the room I paid for which let it down….
I booked and paid for a double room for me and my partner before we went on our flight… it was booked months before… when we got to. The hotel the receptionist gave us our key… when we got up stairs it was a twin room… so as I was not happy as it was a special occasion for us and I hadn’t got what I paid for… we went back down to reception to have our room changed…. To be then told that was the only room available… so they had given our room to someone else! ….. I’m sorry but we should have been notified previous if our room details had been changed!”
“Nice accommodation close to Gatwick airport. Unfortunately no information on the airport shuttle on the reservation website, on the confirmation mails, nor at the airport. Only when you arrive at the hotel this information is available.”
