“Very easy to get to with quick check in by friendly staff. Room was suitable and met our needs. Did not eat there, but will use ibis again.
Only issue was the price to pay for car parking was not mentioned when we book via app, and was £15!!. We were only there for under 9 hours stay before our flight left.
Maybe an hourly rate would be better like in shopping malls, or when you leave you pay pending on duration of time car was parked at ibis.”
“Very expensive. Terrible narrow minimal parking bays, no rapid charge points, rooms feel like an office and noise carries throughout the room. Won’t stay again”
“We were in 5th floor room 16, right at the end and looking out over the front of the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and looked like it had had a make over. Large TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There was a built in black out blind in the window itself which made the room lovely and dark. Only snag, was the window didn’t open at all. Some of us do like a bit of fresh air as opposed to air con!
The car park had limited spaces, so arrive early and don’t leave as your space is not guaranteed even if you have paid your £15.
Overall a great stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful”
“I would stay at the IBIS again, but I would not recommend APH though..
The room we booked was a family room but APH didn’t pass the message over to IBIS and we was stuck in a assisted living room, not what I needed before the flight”
